Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other team members are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
- Float between like units, including mother baby.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills &

Certifications:

- Precepting skills.

Special Considerations:

- Must be flexible working weekends.
- May be required to float to other facilities.

Scheduling:
- PM shift support needed.
- Weekend work required, depending on contract length.
- Schedule determined per manager discretion.
