• Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients and newborns.
• Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist physicians during vaginal deliveries and obstetric procedures.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Document patient care using the facility’s electronic medical record system.
• Float to Mother-Baby unit as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• ACLS, BLS (BCLS), NRP Certifications required
• AWHONN Advanced Certification required
• Active RN License (pending licenses not accepted)
