Del Amo Gardens Care Center
We're looking for an energetic RN to join our team for the 11-7 (NOC) shift. We are a 94-bed skilled nursing facility located in a quiet neighbourhood.
Responsibilities- Medication pass for residents
- Completing assessments and documentation as required
- Assessing residents for changes of condition
- Supervising C.N.A.s
- Ensuring quality of care for residents.
- Other assigned tasks
- Current and unobstructed California RN License
- 1 year of SNF experience preferred
- New RN grads welcome to apply!
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good communication skills
