Shift

• Shift Type: Day Shift
• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
• Time: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Weekend: Every other weekend (about 2 weekend shifts per contract)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Provide home health nursing care for 5–6 patients per day (Adults & Geriatrics).
• Perform patient assessments and documentation using OASIS charting.
• Manage wound care, including Wound VAC and pressure ulcer care.
• Perform PICC line dressing changes and manage IV therapy/infusions.
• Administer and monitor medications and pain management.
• Provide catheter care (urinary and suprapubic) and feeding tube/G-tube care.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on oxygen use, medications, and disease management.
• Complete home visits within the 8-hour shift and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Experience Minimum 2 years Home Health RN experience (required) Previous Home Health travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) Experience handling high patient caseloads (5–6 patients/day) Recent OASIS documentation experience required License & Certifications Active California RN License (must be in hand at submission) BLS certification Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
