Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 5 days of 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

• Active RN license required in the state
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience with high-volume caseloads
• At least 1 year of prior home health travel experience
• BLS certification required
• Recent OASIS experience required; candidates must take an OASIS exam to be eligible for an interview

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs
• Manage high-volume wound care, including V.A.C. management
• Perform IV therapy and PICC line dressing changes
• Monitor medication administration and anticoagulation management
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards

• Weekend requirements:
  Yes, approximately every 4 weeks
• On-call responsibilities may be required
• Must complete orientation of 40 hours
• RTO should not exceed 10 days; no time off within the first 2 weeks
• Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Standard background checks will be conducted
