Description
We are hiring experienced RNs for our Labor and Delivery unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance, a Magnet Designated hospital in Torrance, CA. Positions available are full‑time and will work 12‑hour night shifts.
Our fast‑paced Labor & Delivery unit welcomes more than 2,600 babies into the world each year. Opportunities for our RNs range from working with the laboring patient, circulating in the OR, PACU services, and high‑risk postpartum and OB triage patients seen for emergent conditions.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- 1 or more years RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
- National certification in area of specialty preferred, unless otherwise indicated.

The base pay range for this position is $56.39–$75.05 per hour, with additional compensation possible through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
