Centrally located in Torrance, California, Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care provides sub-acute nursing care, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Job Description

• Manage and oversee LVNs & CNAs
• Assist with resident admissions and discharges.
• IV management
• Resident assessment and care plans
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care.
• Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members.
• Additional job requirements. The above list is not exhaustive.
• Make recommendations for revisions of policies, procedures, etc., to the Director of Nursing Services
• Oversee and assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to assure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of care
