Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant - Optum CA - Torrance

Optum CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Torrance, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Patient volume is 18‑20 on average.
• See patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric age.
• Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 to $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, and work experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution, all subject to eligibility requirements.
