Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Torrance, California, 90503!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Torrance, CA

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekend availability required

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Support night shift operations with flexibility to work weekends as required
• Float to Mother Baby unit as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in precepting activities to support orientation and onboarding of new staff when applicable

• Active, unencumbered California RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS/BCLS, and NRP
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days
• Willingness to float between like units and, if required, to additional facilities within the state
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays:
  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

• Precepting experience in a Labor and Delivery or related Women's Services setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital environment

• Free on-site parking provided at the facility
• No on-call requirement for this assignment
