About the Company We are a vertically integrated, ISO 9001 and AS9100-certified manufacturer of high-reliability precision connectors and interconnect systems for the military, aerospace, commercial aviation, and transportation markets. Operating from a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Torrance, quality is at the core of everything we build.

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Control Inspector for our 2nd shift to verify that machined components and connector assemblies meet stringent customer and aerospace specifications. This role is essential to our Total Quality Management program and ensures defect-free product reaches our customers.

Key Responsibilities Perform in-process, first-article, and final inspection of machined parts and connector assemblies

Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMM equipment

Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications

Document inspection results and maintain quality records per ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements

Support statistical process control (SPC) and digital measurement initiatives

Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material; initiate corrective action reports

Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues in real time Maintain calibration records and ensure measurement equipment is current

Qualifications3+ years of quality inspection experience in a precision machining or aerospace manufacturing environment

Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, CMM)
Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&TKnowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards

Experience with SPC and inspection documentation

High attention to detail and strong written documentation skills

Availability to work 2nd shift

High school diploma or equivalent; quality certification (ASQ) a plus
