Job Summary
Teledyne Relays is seeking a Plating Technician to maintain production requirements and ensure quality standards. The role involves performing plating and cleaning operations, maintaining chemical baths, ensuring safety compliance, and documenting processes.
Responsibilities- Plate and clean components per process specifications, including degreasing and header, cover, and diode cleaning lines.
- Prepare acid and alkaline solutions and maintain rinse waters daily.
- Monitor and maintain process bath levels while adhering to safety procedures.
- Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks, including maintaining logs for temperature, filter, and chemical usage.
- Report issues to the process control lab and supervisor.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
- Use micrometers, microscopes, and computers for measurements and documentation.
- Perform equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence.
- Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using micrometers, microscopes, and basic computer applications.
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required).

Salary Range: $34,300.00 - $45,700.00 (estimate, determined based on location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position).
