Salient Motion is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to own and mature the AS9100 Quality Management System. You will be on the factory floor, in data, and in audits, driving CAPA and supplier/customer quality as we grow aerospace and defense programs.
You will lead internal audits, manage corrective actions, and prepare Salient for certification milestones, with a practical, lean approach in a fast-moving environment.
