Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to beauty professionals, creating a positive and engaging in-store experience.
- Educate customers on product promotions, upcoming sales, and new product launches.
- Process, stock, and replenish merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory management, including physical counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Accurately process sales, returns, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Build and share product knowledge, including new trends and professional beauty solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and operational priorities.
- Uphold company standards for integrity, safety, and professionalism.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale system.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends based on store needs.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Retail or customer-facing experience.
- Experience with ERP or retail inventory systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
