Job DescriptionThe Retail Store Floor Lead leads the sales team by example, fostering customer connections and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. The Floor Lead supervises the retail floor, delegates tasks, and serves as a go‑to resource, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure seamless operation and exceptional customer experiences.

- Take ownership of the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Forge lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details, new releases, and upcoming events.
- Share insights on new items and best‑sellers with both customers and the team.
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations when the General Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals in a team‑based commission environment.
- Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active‑wear to serve as a customer expert.
- Guide the team in completing projects while maintaining focus on customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure smooth operation.
- Lead the team in daily store maintenance, restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
- Adhere to protocol and safety standards for closing/opening the store.
- Encourage employees to give 100%, maintain punctuality, and fulfill role responsibilities.
- Available for morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with at least one weekend day.
- Exemplary punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Customer‑service expert who creates experiences and proactively handles concerns.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The hourly range for this role is $19/hr - $21/hr
, plus team pooled commission.
