Store Manager / Staff Management Trainee

Visa support available. 12 store nationwide Japanese supermarket chain is seeking store manager candidates. Ideal for those who want to spread Japanese food culture in America.

Promote Japanese food culture across the United States. Begin as a department manager in fresh produce, prepared foods, or grocery. Start with practical training in cooking, processing, sales, and customer service. After gaining experience, manage part‑time and temporary staff, lead the department team, and coordinate with other departments. Build management skills and progress to assistant store manager and store manager.

Teamwork is essential. Build trust with various members, discuss what would delight customers, and collaborate on ideas to improve sales and store layout.

Full‑time, 8‑hour shift.

United States:
California, Illinois, Texas, New Jersey, Hawaii. Transfers may occur for career advancement.

Salary: $48,000–$60,000 (based on experience). Health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.

Shift‑based schedule, 40 hours per week.
