We are looking for a Retail Go-To-Market Manager to accelerate growth across major North American retail channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how consumer electronics brands win at retail — including product launches, merchandising, promotions, digital shelf execution, retail media performance, and sell-through optimization.
The ideal candidate has experience working with retailers such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Amazon, or similar consumer electronics channels.
Key Responsibilities Retail Go-To-Market Execution- Own end-to-end product launch execution across North American retail partners.
- Coordinate launch timelines, content readiness, marketing assets, inventory availability, and promotional plans.
- Partner with sales teams and retail buyers to support new item introductions and category growth.
- Work with international teams to ensure successful execution.
- Support business growth across retail and online channels.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and category teams.
- Execute product launches, promotions, retail media programs, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store initiatives.
- Build strong retailer relationships.
- Optimize retailer product pages to maximize conversion.
- Improve titles, images, videos, enhanced content, messaging, reviews, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Analyze retail performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Track revenue, sell-through, units, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, promotions, and category performance.
- Convert insights into business recommendations.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and category movements.
- Recommend improvements for product positioning, pricing, promotions, and assortment.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global HQ.
- Act as the bridge between product strategy and retail execution.
- Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related bachelor’s degree.
- 3–7 years of experience in retail account management, category management, or go‑to‑market management.
- Experience with Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, or other national retailers strongly preferred.
- Understanding of retail launches, promotions, retail media, digital shelf, merchandising, and sell‑through.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or retailer analytics.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Understand how products win on the retail shelf and digital shelf.
- Balance strategy, execution, and analytics.
- Enjoy working with retailers and cross‑functional teams.
- Have passion for consumer technology and smart home innovation.
Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
