Rowan in Del Amo Fashion Center is seeking a customer-obsessed Retail Store Associate. You will assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and uphold Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards while partnering with the Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers.
Weekend availability is required to support busy periods. You will drive sales by sharing knowledge of piercing and non-piercing jewelry, answering questions, and delivering a warm, celebratory shopping experience.
