Salary range
: $70,000–$90,000 Base + Commission (Strong Total Comp) + Full Benefits
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts in a distribution environment
- Handle high-volume account activity while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
- Partner with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order execution
- Monitor account performance, forecasts, and customer trends
- Proactively resolve client issues and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of overall sales experience
- 2–3+ years in B2B distribution, construction, manufactcaturing or wholesale sales
- Experience managing multiple accounts at once in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite in El Segundo, CA
