We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside sales representative to join our team in Torrance. This is an office-based role (with some travel if needed) and you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by generating leads and building customer relationships before handing it off to our lead sales teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, a customer eccentric approach, and a passion for sales in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and online research for key contacts at target customers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company, our products and value proposition to position our company effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions and coordinate the leads and contacts with our marketing/social media team.
- Follow up with customers and continue engagement for long term relationship.
- 2-3+ years of experience in an inside sales and/or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
- College degree or actively pursuing higher education a plus.
- Goal-Oriented:
Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills. - Will travel for customer visits and to regional and national trade shows as needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish) – a plus but not required.
