Position: Membership Sales Specialist (Front Desk Sales)
Company: Confidential - Reputable Martial Arts School
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 1:30–9:00/9:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- (Weekend schedule rotates; when working Saturday, one weekday off)
Pay Rate: $/hour

AboutOur client, a reputable martial arts school, is seeking a Temporary Membership Sales Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current members and play a key role in shaping the overall student experience. This role blends customer service excellence with membership sales, onboarding, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador, providing exceptional service to visitors, current students, and prospective members
- Drive membership growth by actively following up with leads via calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions
- Guide prospective students through the full onboarding journey, from inquiry to sign-up, highlighting program benefits
- Schedule and conduct facility tours, introductory lessons, and membership consultations to convert prospects into long-term members
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (membership-based or fitness experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with sales conversations, goal tracking, and consistent lead follow-up
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems; experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
