This position is located in Torrance (90803, 90501), Gardena (90247) and Carson, Compton (90248) areas.

• Competitive Compensation – hourly position at $22.68 per hour, with targeted first‑year annual compensation of $55,700.00 and an average 45‑hour work week.

• Learn and deliver Enterprise’s business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Exhibit excellent customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.
• Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Adhere to a culture of friendly competition critical to growing the business and your success.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
