• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships through consistent engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding and optimizing customers’ supply chains
• Deliver tailored logistics solutions that support customer expansion in the U.S.
• Lead structured, insight‑driven business reviews with key clients
• Create high‑impact customer experiences across all interactions and touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with regional teams in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands
• Monitor and manage monthly performance across volume, profitability, and pipeline
• Develop and deliver compelling commercial proposals and customer presentations
• Ensure seamless onboarding and transition of newly acquired business into operations
• Track and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments
• Maintain strong pipeline momentum and proactively identify growth opportunities
• Represent the organization as a knowledgeable and credible expert in the Oceania trade lane

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade (5+ years preferred)
• Strong background in business development and account management
• Demonstrated experience working with the Oceania trade lane is highly desirable
• Established commercial network within Oceania markets is a strong advantage
• Highly commercial mindset with a track record of winning and growing business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and develop long‑term customer relationships
• Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
• High energy, self‑motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Target base salary range is $100,000 - $120,000, part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
