Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager

The RoleAs a Home Care Liaison, you are the face of The Key in your community, forging powerful referral partnerships and championing our mission to transform aging s dynamic role combines sales and client care, focusing on building a thriving book of business, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring each new client receives high‑quality care.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with community referral sources, managing priority lists and tracking marketing activities.
- Represent The Key at networking groups and community events.
- Respond to prospective client inquiries, conduct assessments, address family concerns, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure care plans meet client needs and timely information sharing.
- Provide active relationship management for existing cases through home visits and meetings, and assist in keeping client accounts up to date with the finance/billing department.
- Deliver after‑hours support—including evenings and weekends—via email, telephone, or home visits for referral partners, prospects, and active clients.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements, monitor the market to identify growth opportunities, and evaluate competitors.
- University degree preferably in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy.
- At least two years of sales experience, preferably in home care or a related health care field.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity accurately and timely.
- Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to travel approximately up to 75% of the time.
- Lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds.
- Sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, and photocopy machine.
