Job Summary

A growing logistics and freight organization located in Torrance, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized freight solutions. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for a sales‑driven professional with freight or logistics experience who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, and closing business in a fast‑paced transportation environment.

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and ongoing customer outreach.
• Build, manage, and strengthen customer relationships within the freight, logistics, and transportation market.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate freight rates, and close new sales opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, customer follow‑up, and CRM documentation.
• Partner with operations to deliver excellent service and customized freight solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and profit goals.

• Pay: $30 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
