Sales Representative

Position Summary

Sales Representative – Full Time. Salary: $48,200 - $158,700 annually.

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 9:00pm. Dealership: L0725 DCH Toyota of Torrance.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure follow up and maintain ongoing relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system(s).
• Remain current on new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customers’ trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200 - $158,700. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Appropriability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
