As a Product Specialist BMW MINI Volvo Genius, you'll be a vital part of our customer experience team, providing expert knowledge and enthusiasm about our range of vehicles. Your role is to energise and inform customers, guiding them through the unique features and technologies of BMW, MINI, and Volvo vehicles. This position is pivotal in creating memorable customer experiences through exceptional service and product expertise.

• Greet and guide showroom clients, providing detailed information and advice on vehicle features and benefits.
• Demonstrate expertise in all vehicle systems and technology, assisting customers with their queries and needs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and building brand loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technological advancements, and industry trends.
• Coordinate and conduct exceptional vehicle delivery experiences, including off-site deliveries.

• High customer satisfaction and delivery scores.
• Meeting or exceeding delivery and service targets.

• Strong proficiency in various computer and web applications.
• Ability to communicate complex technology in easily understandable terms.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent and eligibility for a California Occupational Sales License.

Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift.
