• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Look at all opportunities for customers considering trading in their existing vehicles.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet sales goals.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Sales‑driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• One year sales experience preferred.
• Have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer focused and able to provide a high level of service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Hold a valid California driver license with a good driving record.

• Competitive salary range of $60,000.00 – $ per year, paid semi‑monthly.
