ALS in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the USA Beauty & Personal Care commercial team. You will manage inbound client inquiries, coordinate quotation workflows, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data to keep opportunities moving.
You will assist with post-quote activities such as purchase orders, invoicing, scheduling and shipment coordination, serving as the key link between sales, operations, laboratory teams, finance and cross‑functional global partners.
