Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, tank fields, utilities, offices, and perimeter routes to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Control access at gates and/or designated entry points by checking identification, logging visitor information, issuing site directions, and reporting policy exceptions;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; document routine activity and incidents in daily reports and incident reports per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with site contacts and/or public responders as directed
