Security Officer Shopping Center

Position: Security Officer for Shopping Center
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance, security-related, and/or customer service issues;
Support retail operations by providing a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or incidents according to site procedures
