Responsibilities
- Provide repair services.
- Submit paperwork for service visits on a daily basis.
- Maintain excellent communication with Managers on job status and other issues.
- Purchase and manage material for truck inventory.
- Painting
- General Construction, Service and Repair
- Drywall, flooring, and little plumbing
- General preventative (handyman) maintenance of facilities
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Compensation: $28,000 - $60,000 per year
