Drain & Sewer Technician

Job Summary

We serve the Beach Cities/South Bay and surrounding area in Los Angeles. We’re open to a Drain & Sewer Technician or experienced plumber with a background in customer-facing sales. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer issues while providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Present multiple options to customers.
• Clear clogged drain or sewer lines.
• Perform camera and video inspections.
• Carry out preventative maintenance.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with sales is required.
• 2+ years working on drains, including unclogging drains with electric snakes and/or high-velocity water jets and using a sewer camera.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and guide them through projects.
• Strong reliability, motivation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel or crouch.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
