• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements
• Educate homeowners on their options
• Present repair and replacement solutions with confidence
• Deliver a five-star customer experience
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and job notes
• Maintain your truck, tools, and equipment
• Represent Soo Hipp Plumbing professionally on every call

• Has at least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Can confidently diagnose plumbing problems
• Enjoys talking with homeowners
• Can explain solutions without pressure or gimmicks
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Is dependable, honest, and coachable
• Wants to grow personally and professionally
• Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
