• Advanced students in an Applied Technologies HVAC program
• EPA Refrigerant License or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Clean driving record
• Preferred:
  Associate of Arts/Science degree in HVAC/R technologies, 1-3 years of related experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification

• Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial campus environment
• Experience with campus central plant systems is advantageous
• Perform electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, brazing, diagnostic, and mechanical tasks
• Adhere to safety, quality, housekeeping, and security standards
• Use standard HVAC testing equipment and record maintenance activities
• Identify and repair equipment issues, following industry standards
• Participate in system inspections and repairs
• Work in a rotating shift schedule, including 24/7 coverage
