Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Pay Range: $33

Shift: 2nd shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses all maintenance failures to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Uses assembly drawings, P&IDs, and manuals to tune equipment for optimal performance, applying electrical and logic principles to resolve issues.
• Performs basic plumbing, metalworking, and general facilities maintenance as needed.
• Works with operating devices such as gauges, RTDs, pressure transmitters, I/Ps, and vortex flow meters.
• Trains new team members on maintenance skills and supports operational troubleshooting to assist production.

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Knowledge of assembly drawings, P&IDs, and manuals for equipment tuning.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, metalworking, and facilities maintenance.
• Experience working with operating devices such as gauges, RTDs, and flow meters.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
