The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of production processes by delivering expert welding services that meet stringent industry standards and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell’s manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform advanced welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding on various metals and alloys.
  • Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety and industry standards, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in advanced welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards such as AWS (American Welding Society) and ability to interpret welding blueprints and symbols accurately.
  • Proficiency in inspecting welds and performing quality control to ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements.
  • Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties relevant to welding applications.
