Position SummaryThe Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all residential HVAC installation operations. This role manages installation crews, coordinates daily schedules, ensures projects are completed on time and within company standards, and mentors technicians to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3-10 HVAC installation crews.
- Coordinate daily installation schedules and manpower.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
- Coach, train, and develop installation technicians.
- Monitor job progress and resolve field issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales, dispatch, and service departments.
- Conduct quality control inspections as needed.
- Track installation performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with local codes and company procedures.
- Promote a positive, safety-first work environment.
- Minimum3 years of HVAC installation management experience
. - Experience managing3-10 installation crews
. - Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices.
- Valid driver's license.
