Welder Level 2 – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welder Level 2 to perform advanced welding and fabrication on stainless steel, nickel-based alloys (Inconel), titanium, aluminum alloys, and aerospace-grade steel components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on various metals and alloys.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on welding experience with MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Strong ability to read welding blueprints and symbols.
• Knowledge of AWS welding codes and standards.
• Experience with weld inspection, quality control, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Welding certification or technical diploma preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial welding experience required.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks.
• Must follow required safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
