Pay: $70,000 – $150,000 per year + monthly bonuses

B&M Electric — voted one of South Bay’s favorite electrical companies — is hiring skilled Residential Electrician. You’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and installations while delivering top-notch customer service and working under National Codes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay + monthly bonuses

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
• Provide expert troubleshooting, estimates, and customer education
• Sell and promote Membership Plans and additional services
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintain communication with office staff and supervisors
• Keep your service vehicle clean, stocked, and in good condition

Requirements:

• Customer-focused and reliable
• Able to lift/move up to 150 lbs
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to attend training and continually improve
