Pelican Products, Inc. is hiring a Warranty & Replacement Technician in Torrance, CA. This hands-on role focuses on evaluating warranty returns, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and supporting customers with warranty questions. You will work with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in warranty or repair, basic mechanical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Onsite work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PST.
