Pre-Lit Case Manager

Compensation: $40 - $45 per hour |

Location:

Torrance, CA | On-Site | Permanent

• Pay: $40-$45/hr depending on experience.
• Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and sick leave, and more.

• Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time.
• Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation.
• Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, and pictures.
• Collecting medical records and bills.
• Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information.
• Scanning, saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.
• Overseeing case manager assistant.
• Assisting with intake specialist when needed to evaluate intakes, help sign new clients up, etc.

• Minimum of two years’ experience working as a personal injury pre-lit case manager.
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, self‑starter and people skills.
• Willingness to work in‑office for at least 40 hours per week in Torrance.
• Long‑term commitment and desire to grow a legal career with the firm.
