Sr. Logistics Operation Specialist
- Bilingual (Korean/English)

Full-time

Compensation: USD 65,000 - USD 80,000 - yearly

Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners

Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality

Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner

Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities

Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members

Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience required

Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred

Supervisory experience preferred
