Job Title: Bilingual Japanese Software Developer (Hybrid / Torrance, CA)

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year

This position is primarily focused on web application development using .NET (C#) and React. The organization is expanding its ERP consulting business (Microsoft Dynamics), and you will have the opportunity to grow into ERP implementation and support work based on your interests and skill development. The ideal candidate is excited to contribute as a Software Developer while building a long-term career in ERP consulting, collaborating with both English- and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and test web applications
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, including bug fixes, minor feature updates, and performance optimization
• Develop and integrate APIs and Web Services
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in English and Japanese
• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects in the future

• 5+ years of software development experience, including experience with Java
• Strong experience with C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
• Experience with HTML / CSS
• Working knowledge of MS SQL
• Experience with scripting languages such as Power Shell
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Interest in building a career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with unit testing
• Knowledge of Azure REST API
• Experience using Postman
• Basic understanding of business processes (Finance / Sales / Inventory)
• Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate or Ui Path
• Start as a Software Developer
• Gradually expand into ERP implementation and support
• Long-term growth into ERP Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Technical Lead roles
