- Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices
- Experience mentoring teams and enforcing coding standards
- Leadership and advisory skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience in consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Design and build robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions on AWS
- Develop AI systems aligned with AWS best practices and architecture standards
- Lead hands‑on engineering activities, including solution design and implementation
- Review and improve code quality, system design, and engineering practices
- Mentor teams and guide them on AI/ML and cloud engineering best practices
- Support customers in the AI transformation journey
- Provide technical oversight and leadership across AI initiatives
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
