Skill Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS AI/ML services including Sage Maker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and Lake Formation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Experience with IaC tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, large language models (LLMs), embeddings, vector search, and model optimization.
• Proven experience building production‑grade MLOps pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to review, refactor, and improve developers’ code.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and enforcing coding standards.
• Mandatory skills: AI for Cloud Native Dev Ops.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• AWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional).
• Experience with generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Background in industry‑specific AI use cases (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams across data, ML, and cloud engineering.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800. Final compensation will depend on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
