Freight Forwarder, Ocean Export

DSV -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate the exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and movement of goods through transportation channels;
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading;
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on status of shipments;
Manage relationships with customers and address concerns to ensure satisfaction;
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
