We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in Torrance

Our Delivery Driver provides exceptional customer service while ensuring safe and timely deliveries. You will load, package, transport, and deliver cannabis products to customers and use handheld devices for routing and order fulfillment.

• Loading, packaging, transporting, and delivering items safely and on time.
• Review orders before and after delivery to verify accuracy and confirm customer satisfaction.
• Accept payments for delivered items.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints.
• Abide by all transportation laws, maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to schedules and routes.
• Communicate effectively with on‑site and support teams.
• Use handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Maintain full compliance with all cannabis compliance laws and regulations.
• Keep equipment in safe condition and perform other duties as needed.

Pay: $17.87 per hour. Tips earned from customers are additional. Company‑issued vehicles are available during shifts.

Part‑time position: 5:45 PM to 10:30 PM. Open availability required.

Must be able to push, pull, lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and move it a minimum distance of 50 feet. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods; access and navigate each department in the facility.

• Minimum 25 lbs. pushing/pulling weight, 5 ft. height, 50 ft. distance (see physical demand section).
• Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• 1‑2 years of previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Previous cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle, walk up and down stairs during shift.
• Valid California Driver’s license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Phones and electronics used hands‑free in accordance with state laws.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
