Job Summary

We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in Torrance. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and are committed to providing great customer service, join one of the fastest-growing cannabis delivery companies. This part‑time position requires availability for the 5:45 PM to 10:30 PM shift and offers $17.87 per hour. Company‑issued vehicles are available for use during shifts. Tips are possible.

You will represent a brand that is redefining cannabis delivery.

• Load, package, transport, and deliver items to clients accurately, safely, and on time.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Accept payments for delivered items.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all cannabis compliance laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with on‑site and support teams.
• Use handheld devices for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Safeguard all company operating equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives.
• Participate in cross‑training opportunities as the organization evolves.

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 ft. and carry that weight a minimum distance of 50 ft. (or 40 lbs. and 50 ft. with or without mechanical assistance).
• Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred; previous cannabis experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required.

• Open availability, including the 5:45 PM to 10:30 PM shift.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• All phones and electronics must be used hands‑free in accordance with state laws.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
