Our ideal candidate for this position will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring a safe, accurate, efficient, friendly, and timely delivery. The Delivery Driver is responsible for creating a best‑in‑class experience for every customer.

• Pay:

• Loading, packaging, transporting, and delivering items to clients accurately, safely, and timely.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Must adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Communicate effectively with On‑Site and Support teams.
• Use handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Maintain full compliance with all Cannabis compliance laws and regulations.
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards.
• Safeguard all company operating equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
• Cross‑training opportunities may be provided to align with the organization’s evolving needs.

This is a part‑time position, and candidates are required to have availability to work the 5:45 PM to 10:30 PM shift. The pay rate for this role is $17.87 per hour.

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Dependable and reliable.

• Strong work ethic.
• 1–2 years of previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Previous Cannabis experience preferred.
• Strong time‑management and customer service skills.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required.

• Open availability required.
• Valid California Driver’s license.
• Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years.
• All phones and electronics must be used hands‑free in accordance with state laws.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
