Position: 26 Foot Non CDL Box Truck Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our team in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with weekend availability when needed. The role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and steady year-round work.

Schedule

Home daily. Monday – Friday (Saturday possible). Start time: 7:30am. Approx end time: 5pm. Approx 250 miles driven daily.

Pay

$25 per hour. Biweekly pay $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Overtime available. Overtime paid after 8 hours.

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26’ box truck.
Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed; touch freight 100% of the time.
Complete timely and accurate deliveries.
Deliver to commercial and residential locations.
Average 15–20 stops per day.
Routes throughout Northern California.
Some installations may be required.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
DOT medical required.
Clean driving record.
No speeding 15 over.
No DUI or criminal history.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable box truck experience.
Must complete full application process.
Must pass road test.
Must complete driver application for consideration.
Must have driven a 26 foot box truck in the last 3 years for an employer.
CLASS A drivers will not be accepted.
